Privacy Policy — Gun Fight
Effective date: September 22, 2026
Last updated: September 22, 2026
Application: Gun Fight (com.tensorboat.gunfight) — Android
Introduction
Gun Fight is an offline single-player arcade/physics duel game developed with the Unity engine and published by LaserPay for Android.
This Privacy Policy is short because there is very little to describe: Gun Fight does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. The game has no accounts, no login, no multiplayer, and no third-party SDKs of any kind — including no analytics, no advertising, and no crash reporting.
By using Gun Fight, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the app.
1. Information we collect
None. Gun Fight collects no personal information whatsoever.
Specifically, the app does not collect, access, or transmit:
- Your name, email address, or any account information — the game has no accounts and no sign-in
- Advertising identifiers, device identifiers, or any other persistent identifier
- Location data of any kind, precise or approximate
- Contacts, photos, files, camera, or microphone data
- Usage analytics, crash reports, performance telemetry, or diagnostics
- Payment or purchase information — the game has no in-app purchases
The game engine's own analytics, crash-reporting, performance-reporting, advertising, and in-app-purchasing modules are all disabled in this build, and the underlying networking modules that would be required to transmit any of that data have been removed from the app entirely.
2. Permissions the app requests
Gun Fight requests no runtime Android permissions — not camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage, phone state, nor internet access. The app is technically incapable of sending or receiving any data over a network.
You will not be shown any permission prompts while playing.
3. Third-party services and SDKs
No third party receives any data from Gun Fight.
The game integrates no third-party SDKs — no Firebase, no AdMob, no attribution, analytics, or crash-reporting libraries. All Unity backend services (Unity Analytics, Unity Cloud Diagnostics, Unity Performance Reporting, Unity Ads and Unity In-App Purchasing) are disabled in the shipped build, and the Unity Analytics engine module has been removed from the app entirely. The app contains no advertising and no third-party analytics of any kind.
4. Data stored on your device
The game saves your progress locally using Android's standard app-private storage (Unity PlayerPrefs, an XML file inside the app sandbox). This file is not readable by other apps, is never transmitted anywhere, and is removed when you uninstall the game.
| Stored locally | What it is |
|---|---|
| Progression | Unlocked levels and completion state |
| High scores | Your best results, shown only on your own screen |
| Settings | Music volume, SFX volume, and other in-game preferences |
To delete this data, either uninstall the app, or go to Android Settings → Apps → Gun Fight → Storage → Clear data to reset progress while keeping the app installed.
5. Children's privacy
Gun Fight's Google Play target audience is 18 and over. The app is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone — children or adults — because the app collects nothing at all.
6. Google Play's own data handling
Google Play itself may collect certain install, update, and crash-related metrics when you download and run apps from the Play Store. This collection happens at the platform level, is outside our control, and is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy, not this one.
7. Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights of access, correction, deletion and portability over personal data held about you. LaserPay holds no personal data about Gun Fight players, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export, or delete. All game data is under your direct control on your own device. If you have any questions about your rights, you can still reach us at the contact address below.
We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined under applicable privacy laws.
8. International users and data transfers
Not applicable. Because Gun Fight collects and transmits no data, nothing about you ever leaves your device, regardless of where you are located.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if a future version of the game adds features that involve data. When we do, we will update the Last updateddate at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, describe it in the app's release notes on Google Play. Continued use of Gun Fight after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
